Lost Balloon?

It has been a slow week, except for the blowing snow out of Washington, But I'd love to hear the full story and opinions about the missing barrage balloon from the airspace over our beloved capital.
We never seem to have such fun here in Oregon.

Flying a plane you've built and care for is so special, a thrill. Turning off the runaway at Oshkosh in the plane you love is a fulfillment of so much care and dreaming.
