With regards to the FAA charging for charts, I seem to remember from copyright class that all government-produced material is not protected by copyright and therefore subject to fair use. That being the case, I don't think there is any reason someone (like AOPA) couldn't just purchase the charts and...

I went with University of North Dakota. They have a Masters in Aviation degree that can be taken all online. Only one class in, but I'm enjoying it so far!
