iPhone Logbook Recommendations?

Postby dcfly » Tue Feb 02, 2010 10:33 pm

I've been using logshare.com for years. It's web-based, and doesn't have an iphone app, but the interface is easy enough to use with the iphone browser. I typically just update my logshare.com logbook after each flight, then every so often copy it by hand into my actual logbook. Well, logshare.com is going to a monthly subscriber fee, and it's a pretty outrageous (to me) price. Ideally, I'd like to find an iphone app that I can use that will let me access the data through the web. Any suggestions?

I love LogTen Pro on the iPhone. I have a mac, and they have a Mac OSX application so it syncs to my computer, which is great. It is fully customizable and it works great for me.

I wonder: does anyone have a simple but elegant Excel spreadsheet version of a logbook they would like to share?

Logbook Pro just announced an iPhone version. http://www.nc-software.com/default.aspx. I don't know anything about its features. I use the PC version successfully, although it's more feature rich than I need.

You're welcome to mine.

edit: apparently xlsx files aren't allowed so I zipped it.

Landis,

Please just confirm that you are the author of this logbook spreadsheet.

Thanks.

I second the vote for LogTen Pro. I use it on an iPhone, iPad, and Mac
