Inexpensive alternative for a Bose/Lightspeed

Postby LNSflyer » Sun Mar 24, 2013 9:22 pm

A solution has been found to getting a high quality headset for a low price.

There is a company called UFlyMike http://uflymike.com/ sells an aviation attachment to the Bose QC15 earphones. The Earphones are $299 and the Attachment is $225. So for $525 you get the same quality headset as a $900 Lightspeed or a $1000 Bose.

I have been using this for about 30 flight hours and i absolutely love it and highly recommend it.

Why not get a Squawk Shoppe one for less than $500, my wife just got one and loves it.

Don't over pay for a name.
