Introducing the UCAP Aviation Ambassadors Program

Postby jackhodgson » Mon Feb 11, 2008 2:24 pm

I'll be filling in details here soon. But listen to UCAP#67 for the genesis of this.

Okay, so it's kind of like the ConUS Challenge at goflyamerica.org, except you can drive there or just be a passenger, multiple people can hit the same airport, and you can never have been there before. Easy enough, except for that last part, since I've been to most of the airports in my area, be it by land or by air. If I've only done touch & goes at an airport, does it count as having been there in the past?

Just listened to the Podcast, sounds like a great idea. I enjoy flying with a goal other than a hamburger.

I still think it's a good idea. But it's kinda clear that I'm a bit overwhelmed with stuff these days.

I'm hoping that things will ease up soon, and this would be a good thing to revive.

Is this idea going to have new life? And would it extend to international listeners?? Hope so! I'll participate in it where possible.

Just do it. If I'm with the program then I think that we're talking about something like the ConUS Challenge which doesn't even include Canada let alone anywhere else in the world. That would be cool.

Just add your find here or in the wiki.

Jack, Dave and Jeb; I hope that you don't mind me making an executive decision for you.
