Great Day on the left coast

Postby champguy » Sat Jan 31, 2015 10:10 pm ... directlink

While others my yet be in denial, Global Warming brought 60 degrees and clean clear air to the Great North West.

Flew to Tillimook to get an ear full of gossip about why the Air Museum is moving to Madras, east of the Cascades, where local authorities welcome forward thinking business men who bring large amounts of money.
With the Museum in Hood River just up past Mt Hood, clearly the High Desert is worth a visit while we on the Coast will suffer in our obscurity for another generation. But we love that too, and live and eat very well down on Bay Street.
Remember, not all who wander, are lost.

Well, too bad about the museum - but it sure looks like you had a beautiful flying day! Thanks for the pix, as always.
