x-plane stats

Postby PilotBillFromTexas » Tue Dec 01, 2015 1:27 pm

I got these stats in an email from the makers of x-plane flight simulator software and found it kind of interesting. I wonder what if anything this tells us about interest in aviation world-wide? Boeing field and Sea-Tac are both in the top 5 airports. Why did Innsbruck make the list? Cirrus the prop plane didn't make the list. FA-22 is the only military acft.

3X as many starts with the engines running versus cold: maybe IFR practice approaching an initial approach fix at altitude?

Might be an interesting conversation?
