Interesting LSA's

I came across this on youtube and have never seen one. Check out this float addapted RV-7. - Looks pretty awesome.

It's very cool, but it sure does not qualify as an LSA

Im sure your right. Im new to the aviation community being just a lesson taker and about to solo. Thanks for pointing that out. I appreciate you clearing things up for me. Now I thought that RV-7's qualitifed as a LSA? It is a kitplane isn't it. Sorry about the delay in response.

Andrew -- the RV-7 is indeed a kitplane...and a fine one, at that...Van's Aircraft also makes an E-LSA kit, the RV-12, I belive it is; goes together faster and easier, two-place, side-by-side, and LSA compliant...so you do have an option in Van's to own and fly a Van's LSA...

Im 15 and awaiting my 16th birthday to be eligeble to solo. I started 3 years ago so its been quite a wait. Thanks for clearing things up.
