Earlier today a Cessna 421 crashed into the Gulf of Mexico after experiencing what appears to be a depressurization event that incapacitated the crew. The Cessna N48DL was observed making circles over the Gulf and had no radio contact with ATC for quite sometime. A F15 dispatched saw no signs of crew interaction and reported that the windows were frosted over. USCG jets observed the crash and reported that the Cessna landed upright and fairly soft, however no signs of crew escape was seen before the 421 started to sink.
RIP to the pilot.

We talked about this one in UCAP 283 as well. But it had just happened that afternoon, so it was really really too early to know anything.
