WOW what timing, was undergoing a private pilot's exam when one of the blades of the prop came off!

I love the fact that he passed - rather than a discontinuance. Way to go!

I can understand that he passed. The real reason for the test is to demonstrate that you can keep your head and "fly the plane".
As for the owner of the plane, and the IA whose name is all over the log books, well that could get ugly.
Remember, not all who wander, are lost.
