We're lucky enough to live at Sierra Sky Park (E79), the world's first residential airpark, established in 1946. One of the EAA Ford Tri-Motors is in town this weekend giving rides and I was lucky enough to be in the hangar on insect removal duty when the Tri-Motor made a low pass at our historic airport. http://youtu.be/QFdbbPo19Q8.
The Tri-Motor is indeed a Class Act way to travel. You get to sit in a comfortable wicker chair and watch the countryside go by. How Cool is that!
Remember, not all who wander, are lost.
